Accessing the Joint Lessons Learned Information Systems

The Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS) is a collaborative tool enabling U.S. Africa Command staff to exchange and share information, observations, issues, lessons learned, and best practices. This tool is available for registered users at https://www.jllis.mil.

U.S. Africa Command staff may register by following these steps:

1. Go to Joint Lessons Learned Information Systems.

If this is your first time visiting the site, you'll be asked to identify a certificate from your CAC and enter your PIN.
2. Click "register" on upper left side of the screen.
3. Fill in all required fields.
4. Choose AFRICOM from drop down menu next to ORGANIZATION.
5. Select "CLICK HERE" to register. (Please disregard error message if you receive one.)
6. Click on "LOGIN" on upper left side of the screen to begin using system.
