U.S. Army Africa Commander visits Nigeria, addresses inaugural War College class

Brig. Gen. Eugene LeBoeuf, the U.S. Army Africa acting commanding general, meets with Col. R.L. Pam during an equipment handover between the U.S. Embassy to Nigeria and Nigeria army's 20th Infantry Battalion in Abuja, Nigeria.
