Ramon "CZ" Colon-Lopez, AFRICOM Command Senior Enlisted Leader, answer questions from USAID personnel. Thirty-seven USAID "mission civil-military coordinators" representing more than 40 countries and agencies across Africa learned about the roles and responsibilities of DoD when in support of USAID missions on the continent.
