AFRICOM’s top NCO meets with Uganda Peoples’ Defence Force leaders

A Uganda Peoples' Defence Force soldier instructs a logistics training class in Jinga, Uganda Aug. 16, 2018. U.S. Marines conducted the "train-the-trainer" course, which allows Ugandan soldiers the skills to teach the course to other UPDF personnel.
