Women's Communication Symposium: AFRICOM discusses role, importance of women in African militaries

African partner representatives attend the U.S. Africa Command Women’s Communications Symposium for women who are in the African military forces, July 29-August 2, 2019, between Kelley Barracks and Patch Barracks, Stuttgart Germany. Led by the AFRICOM Directorate of C4 Systems-J6, the conference brought together women participants from several different countries in Africa, including Tunisia, Nigeria, Botswana, Chad and several others, to discuss and inform the women in the African forces of their role and importance to AFRICOM.
