Building Stability through Health - AFRICOM Partners Health Engagement Forum

With the goal to build stability through health, more than 35 medical practitioners and health specialists are taking part in the AFRICOM Partners Health Engagement Forum, a three-day event conducted at the U.S. Army Garrison Stuttgart, Germany at Kelley Barracks, Feb. 18-20, 2015.
