MAPUTO, Mozambique — João Ribeiro, Director General of the Mozambican National Institute of Disaster Management (INGC),  addresses the participants on the  importance of civil-military cooperation in responding to natural disasters affecting Mozambique as U.S. Africa Command Disaster Preparedness Program Official, Mr. Erik Threet (center), and Commodore Abilio Langa (right) from the National Unit of Civil Protection (UNAPROC) listen.
