Kenyan Forces HAZMAT/CBRN Training
Students from the Kenya Rapid Deployment Capability,Kenya Defense Forces practice walking and moving while in SCBA gear during the Hazardous Material/CBRN Technician Training being held at Embakasi. The training is designed to give participants the basic skills needed to to respond to HAZMAT/CBRN incidents in support of civilian authority efforts. The course is sponsored by U.S. Africa Command's Disaster Planning and Preparedness Program and is support by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's Consequence Management Assistance Program.
