Reserve Personnel and Resources
Mission
Reserve Personnel and Resources manages Reserve Component (RC) personnel for Headquarters,
US Africa Command. Duties include coordinating short-term RC support for orders and funding through
each Service Component; establishing and maintaining Africa Command's RC policy; managing the Joint
Reserve Unit (JRU); and managing RC support to the Joint Table Distribution (JTD), and Joint Table
Manning and Distribution (JTMD).
