Thresher, senior enlisted leader, laid a wreath at the North Africa American Cemetery & Memorial in Carthage, Tunisia, during a recent trip to honor the final resting place for 2,841 American soldiers who served during World War II. The visit to Tunisia began with a visit to Morocco and was Langley's third to Africa since taking command.
