CJTF-HOA gathers for Defense Attaché conference in Uganda

United Nations Mine Action Service representative Mr. Paul Amoroso, UNMAS Somalia IED Defeat Operations Officer, gives a detailed briefing of efforts being made to support AMISOM IED threat mitigation during the 2017 East African Senior Defense Official/Defense Attaché Conference in Kampala, Uganda. The conference met to discuss regional issues of East Africa and address threat mitigation options to counter improvised explosive devices, October 18, 2017.
