U.S. Dedicates C-130 Hangar to Nigerien Air Force

Ambassador Eric P. Whitaker, U.S. Ambassador to Niger, and Colonel Abdoul Kader Amirou, deputy chief of staff for the Nigerien Air Force, cut the ribbon signifying the facility's turnover to Niger at a dedication ceremony at Nigerien Air Base 201 in Agadez, Niger, Jan. 22.
