U.S. increases engagements with African nations

Defense Secretary Dr. Mark Esper meets with Inspector General for the Kingdom of Morocco, Gen. Abdelfattah Louarak, at the Royal Moroccan Armed Forces Headquaters, Rabat, Morocco, Oct. 2. Esper visited Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco from Sept. 30 to Oct. 4, highlighting America's long-term involvement in North Africa.
