ATLANTIC OCEAN - U.S. Coast Guard boarding team members from U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Legare conduct a mock questioning of a crew member aboard the Moroccan Royal Navy Vessel Rais Charkaoui (OPV 320), during a boarding exercise off the coast of Morocco, July 22, 2009.
