KIGALI, Rwanda - "Kwibohora," meaning "liberation" is spelled out at the Amahoro National Stadium in Kigali, Rwanda on July 4, 2009 in celebration of Rwanda's 15th Liberation Day. Deborah Ripka accompanied her husband, Command Sergeant Major Mark Ripka, senior enlisted leader at U.S. Africa command, for a week-long trip to Kigali, where she attended Liberation Day activities and visited local schools and orphanages.
