SAN VINCENTE, Cape Verde - Chief Boatswain's Mate James Moerls drives one of the Coast Guard Cutter Dallas' over-the-horizon small boats, equipped with a Cape Verdian flag, while enroute to conduct a multi-national vessel boarding off the Cape Verde coast June 9, 2008. Dallas is deployed to the region under the direction of Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe, Sixth Fleet, in support of Africa Partnership Station (APS), a U.S. Africa Command sponsored initiative.
