AFRICOM senior enlisted leader visits with Armed Forces of Liberia leadership; observes NCO development

The meeting was a part of a 3-day visit to the region to foster the partnership between AFRICOM and the Armed Forces of Liberia (AFL) following the close of the United Nations Peacekeeping Mission in Liberia (UNMIL).
