Joe Hollingsworth, an emergency physician with the 4005th U.S. Army Hospital, Army Reserve Medical Command, conducts a surgical consultation with a patient April 22 at the Hospital Militaire D’Instruction (Military Teaching Hospital) in N’Djamena, Chad.
