With the goal to build stability through health, more than 35 medical practitioners and health specialists are taking part in the AFRICOM Partners Health Engagement Forum, a three-day event conducted at the U.S. Army Garrison Stuttgart, Germany at Kelley Barracks, Feb. 18-20, 2015.
