My name is Brandon Proudfoot. I am currently a summer hire at Army Community Service (ACS). I am the project manager volunteer, for the youth summer volunteer program.
I am a military dependent child of a member who is currently stationed at Stuttgart, Germany.

Here at ACS we are starting a program called Stuttgart Youth Volunteer Services (SYVS).

The reason why I am writing this letter is to see if your agency is interested in having youth volunteers throughout the summer.

Having a summer volunteer can bring many benefits and your agency by having an extra person or two to help out your agency in a variety of ways.

Volunteers are an asset to any program because they choose you and want to be part of your program.

VOLUNTEERS RESPONSIBILITIES

- Meet Expectations (once defined)
- Bring a willing and open mind, ideas
- Track hours- Submit all hours by the 10th of every month
