The Black Stallion Dining Facility will be closed July 29 and reopen for limited services July 30. The closure will enable contractor personnel to remove the current dishwasher and replace it with a new state-of-the-art dishwasher.

The facility will serve a limited breakfast meal of scrambled eggs, scrambled with cheese and no omelet's July 30. The Lunch meal will not include a full range salad bar and the main line will consist of a mix of main line and short order items. Paper plates and flatware will used as the dishwasher will not available for service.

Starting July 31, full meal service will be provided. Meal hours during the weekdays are; breakfast from 6:30-8:30 a.m. and lunch from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Meal hours during the weekends are: breakfast from 8:30-10 a.m. and lunch from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
