Wine Clubbers:

We are sponsoring a two day and 1 overnight trip to taste wine and sight-see on 07-08 Aug 2010.

The cost is €150/person. Included: Bus (wine & Snacks), two wine tastings, hotel, dinner Saturday evening, great company, and two hour Boat ride.

Here's the itinerary:

-0600-0630 Bus arrives and loaded on Saturday morning.

-0630 Depart Kelley Barracks for Mosel Region (Trier) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trier

-1030-1230 Arrive at Winguter Ulrich Bolig-Eifel. There will be a tasting of 9 wines. Any purchases of wine will be loaded on the bus before it heads to the hotel in Trier.

-1230-1330 Drive to Trier. Arrive at the Hotel and check-in, bus then boards at 1430 for downtown Trier free time.

-1430-1700 Disembark at downtown Trier for some free time approx 2 and 1/2 hours. The bus will park at or near the Winguter Bischofliche

-1700-1845 Wine tasting at Winguter Bischofliche http://www.bwgtrier.de

There will be a tasting of 9 wines. Any purchases of wine will be loaded on the bus.

-1900-2230 Walk (Two blocks) to Dinner at CUMVINO

-2230---------Bus returns to hotel

Sunday

-1130 Check-out and depart hotel for Boat docks

-1200-1400: Boat ride on the Mosel river

-1400 Leave for Kelley, arrive at approximately 1700.
