The US Army Garrison Stuttgart Kontakt Outreach Club is collecting following items for the Medical Transient Unit at the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center for the October "Make a Difference Day" kick off.

The USAG PAO (Panzer Kaserne, Bldg. 2949, 3rd floor) is the drop off point for donations for the German American Kontakt Club and the Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers (BOSS) program. They will be collecting items until Oct. 22.

The intent is to get these items to wounded warriors who go thru the three week care program at Landstuhl. Most of these warriors have only the clothes on their backs when they are medevac'ed out of the combat zone. Worse still their uniforms are usually cut off during the first medical exams and so many don't have any of their own clothes at the hospital.
