This year's Soldier's Fest will be held 27 Sep, 1300-1700. Participation is free and open to all military members of the Stuttgart, Heidelberg, Mannheim and Ansbach Community.

This fest is in honor of all military personnel and to give thanks for the services they provide on a daily basis. Not only the American military participate--the German, French and Italian and British services join in on the fun. This is a day that a vendor at the Bad Cannstatter Fest gives up his tent and allows the military to have fun in uniform!

The uniform of the day is ABU/BDU or your service equivalent. You are not allowed to change to civilian clothes or leave the tent other than when it is time for us to leave or emergency reasons. Transportation will be provided to/from the fest; you have the option to leave from Kelley Barracks (in front of Kelley Hotel at 1115) or from the installation you live closest to.

We will be joined by servicemembers from other nations--please observe proper customs and courtesies. As last reminder, alcohol will be served so plan accordingly.
