The AFRICOM Family Readiness Group "FRG Huddle" is 24 September from
1500-1800 at the Kelley Fitness Center. Request all personnel forward this
notice to your home email addresses to ensure widest dissemination to your
families.

The purpose of the "Huddle" is to provide the AFRICOM families the
opportunity to support our team members on the Continent through "Project
Care". You may have noticed some donation boxes located in each building on
Kelley. This is for Project Care donation items that will be packaged up
during the FRG Huddle and sent to Service Members on the Continent.

Recommended items for Project Care packages are soap, granola bars, hand
sanitizer, magazines and books (family oriented), deodorant, and other small
non-perishable items.

We are also looking for some volunteers to work the Project Care booth. The job is simply to instruct folks on how to build the care packages.

The USAG Stuttgart will support this event with the legal office, ACS, Red
Cross, BOSS, Military Family Life consultant and a tour of the new Kelley
CDC.

USAG Stuttgart Legal Office will be one of the agencies attending.
Attached you will find handouts for wills. Please print and fill out in
advance if you'd like to update these legal documents. There will be a
person on site to review and assist with questions.

In addition, the USO, the Stuttgart Community Spouse Council and the
German American Women's Club and AFRICOM Public Affairs will participate.

This event is for ALL of AFRICOM -- military, civilians, contractors,
family members and friends. Supervisors, I encourage you to allow your
personnel to visit this event.
