There has been a recent rash of calls to military personnel from individuals who have claimed to be with DoD and requested information under the guise of it being a TRICARE national survey. Although most of the cases have occurred in the continental United States, Intelligence Officials have encouraged widest dissemination possible of the attached informational bulletin.
