Winterfest 2010
Location: Patch Barracks - Lot adjacent to Husky Field (on the shoppette side)
When: Friday, December 3, 1600-2100

There's still time for your private organization to participate in the way of providing a holiday themed food service or resale activity. The Knights of Columbus have already nabbed Mulled Cider and Hot Chocolate and the Girl Scouts have previously mentioned selling cookies and hot chocolate. Other ideas might include creating small gift making activities, selling Goulash, Chili, Soup, Pie, having gift auctions or something else creative.

Once again there'll be choral singing on stage, Santa arriving via Fire Truck and subsequent photos w/ him in the Multi-Crafts building right next door. A participation fee of $25.00 will include basic accommodations underneath a large canopy on-site, appropriate electricity hookups and four fest sets if needed.

To register you'll need to submit a Request for Approval to Conduct a Fundraiser form. You can click on the website stuttgart mwr. Click on "Private Organization" on the top bar for more information and to register.
