BOTTOM LINE: All garrison shuttle buses are running 30-60 minutes late due
to problems near Robinson Barracks.

Cars can enter/exit Robinson Barracks at this time, but there are several
Stuttgart city buses that have had accidents/problems near Robinson Barracks
that have caused traffic jams.

The garrison shuttle buses are stuck in those traffic jams and the drivers
estimate they will be running 30-60 minutes behind schedule.
