Volunteer events for wounded warriors receiving treatment at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center:

A 15-passenger van will leave Kelley Theater parking lot at 9:00 and arrive in Ramstein by 11:30 or 12:00 depending on traffic. If you would a seat in the van, send an email to PO1 Lee Kirschman (Myungja.Kirschman@africom.mil).

From 1200 to 1500, volunteers will have free time to eat and shop at the Ramstein Mall while some volunteers shop for groceries at the commissary.

The cost of groceries will be absorbed by the volunteers, and may cost anywhere from $20-$30 per volunteer.

Departure for Landstuhl Regional MEdical Center at 1500-1515.

North Carolina National Guard leaders and leaders from Malawi participated in a State Partnership Signing Ceremony in Lilongwe, Malawi, April 27, 2024. The leaders joined fellow U.S. Military and Malawi officials at a signing ceremony as part of the North Carolina National Guard’s expansion bringing the Republic of Zambia and the Republic of Malawi into their State Partnership Program, a National Guard Bureau initiative joining individual state National Guards and host nations as part of U.S. security cooperation and international civil-military affairs.
