You are cordially invited to attend the showing of "Jupiter's Dance" part of the Command's Educational Movie Series at the Kelley Club on Monday, 31 January 2011 from 1030-1200.

Jupiter's Dance is a documentary film by R. Barret & F. de la Tullaye of Belle Kinoise Productions and takes the viewer on a musical journey through the streets of Kinshasa, the capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo. The film is narrated by its main character Jupiter Bokondji, the charismatic bandleader of Okwess International, who guides the viewer through the streets of Kinshasa meeting musicians, artists and citizens of all sorts along the way. It chronicles the beauty, tenacity, wisdom and struggle of Jupiter and the other musicians in Kinshasa and their quest to break out of the ghetto.
