African Partner Outbreak Response Alliance meets in Ghana (3) of (5)

U.S. Navy Capt. David Weiss, command surgeon for U.S. Africa Command, addresses the 60 participants of the first ever African Partner Outbreak Response Alliance meeting in Accra, Ghana, April 20, 2015. More than 60 military and civilian doctors and medical practitioners from 12 African nations attended the meeting to discuss the capabilities of African partner nations to respond to a disease outbreak.
