U.S. Marine Staff Sgt. Evan Crowgey, an explosive ordnance disposal technician with Special-Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force Crisis Response-Africa, conducted an improvised explosive device awareness class with the Uganda People’s Defense Force at Camp Singo, Uganda, Nov. 2, 2015.
