Women water their crops in Nianing, Senegal, Feb. 27, 2016. A dozen U.S. and Senegalese service members assisted the women by building a fence around their farm as part of a community project in conjunction with Flintlock 2016, an exercise for Special Operations Forces designed to build the military capacity of partner nations in North and West Africa.
