Combined Joint Task Force Horn of Africa leadership meets with international partners in Mogadishu

Lt. Gen. Osman Soubagleh, the force commander of African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM) and U.S. Navy Rear Adm. William Wheeler III, deputy commander of Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA), engage in discussion in the Military Coordination Cell conference room, Nov. 2, 2016, in Mogadishu, Somalia. The venue allowed members to discuss security situations, AMISOM challenges, and the current dynamics seen by both sides.
