DoD, U.N. Hold Inaugural Training for Peacekeeping Investigators

The director of the Defense Institute of International Legal Studies, Air Force Col. Kirk Davies, provides instruction at the inaugural training course for national investigative officers for U.N. peacekeeping operations, aimed at holding peacekeepers accountable for abuses such as sexual misconduct and preventing further crimes, Entebbe, Uganda, Jan. 16, 2018.
