The U.S. Delegation represented at the 45th Navy's birthday celebration. RADM Frank "Spanky" Morley, Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy International Programs; Colonel Gwyn A. Carver, U.S. Army Senior Defense Official & Defense Attaché to Senegal, Cape Verde, The Gambia, and Guinea-Bissau; Ryan P. Burton, Command Master Chief, USN, U.S. AFRICOM, CSEL (Acting), heading up the delegations for the engagements.
