Carver, U.S. Army Senior Defense Official & Defense Attaché to Senegal, Cape Verde, The Gambia, and Guinea-Bissau; Ryan P. Burton, Command Master Chief, USN, U.S. AFRICOM, CSEL (Acting), heading up the delegations for the engagements.
