AFRICOM commander visits Kenya, Somalia, to emphasize partnership, security

U.S. Army Gen. Stephen J. Townsend, commander, U.S. Africa Command, addresses force U.S. military service members at Camp Simba, Kenya, Feb. 12, 2020.
