Fallen Soldier memorialized at contingency locations

Personnel at Manda Bay Airfield, Kenya, held a dedication ceremony to rename the location’s morale, welfare and recreation facility the Spc. Henry J. Mayfield Jr. Recreation Center at Manda Bay Airfield, Kenya, May 21, 2020. Mayfield, a Chicago native, was deployed to Kenya with the 1st Battalion, 58th Aviation Regiment, 164th Theater Airfield Operations Group, from Fort Rucker, Alabama.
