Kenya Air Force Lt. Col. Rodah Mwasigwa, foreign liaison officer (FLO) for Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA), works at the CJTF-HOA headquarters building, Jun. 15, 2020, at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti.
