New Commander and Sergeant Major Take Charge at Marine Corps Forces Europe and Africa

Major General Stephen M. Neary assumed his duties as the new commander, receiving the headquarters’ organizational colors from the outgoing commander, Maj. Gen. Patrick J. Hermesmann.
