U.S. increases engagements with African nations

Defense Secretary Dr. Mark Esper and Minister-Delegate for the Administration of National Defense Abdellatif Loudiyi sign a U.S.-Morocco defense cooperation road map in Rabat, Morocco, Oct. 2. Esper visited Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco from Sept. 30 to Oct. 4, highlighting America's long-term involvement in North Africa.
