Expeditionary Sea Base USS Hershel “Woody” Williams, right, conducts maneuvers during a maneuvering exercise with Nigerian Navy ships NNS Prosperity, center, and NNS Okpabana in the Gulf of Guinea, Sept. 30, 2020.
