Commander, command senior enlisted leader conclude visit to East Africa

Sgt. Maj. Richard Thresher, command senior enlisted leader, U.S. Africa Command, congratulates a service member during an award ceremony at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Jan. 15, 2021.
