U.S. Africa Command discusses operations and logistics with Sahel Region partners

General Marc, commander of Barkhane Force, held a medal ceremony on Feb. 8 at the N’Djamena military base. As part of a U.S. delegation visit to Chad, the general awarded the Overseas Service Medal to four U.S. Soldiers for their participation in the operation conducted in the Sahelo Saharian area.
