CJTF-HOA, Djiboutian military partner in 4-day signal exercise

Armed Forces of Djibouti (FAD) begin setting up camp for a joint field training exercise at Arta, Djibouti, March 15, 2021. For the first time U.S. Soldiers, assigned to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa communications, work with the FAD as part of their signal course finals in an integrated training exercise.

Led by U.S. Army Southern European Task Force, Africa (SETAF-AF), JA26 integrates approximately 1,500 personnel from Djibouti, Kenya, Tanzania, the United States and several other nations to build readiness, deepen partnerships and strengthen regional security.
