Exercise Phoenix Express 2021 holds opening ceremony in Tunisia

Service members from the thirteen nations participating in exercise Phoenix Express 2021 pose for a photo during the opening ceremony. Exercise Phoenix Express 2021, conducted by U.S. Naval Forces Africa, is an at-sea maritime exercise designed to improve cooperation among participating nations in order to increase maritime safety and security in the Mediterranean.
