MEDITERRANEAN SEA (May 23, 2021) Boatswain’s Mate 2nd Class Bodee Coffman prepares to launch a rigid hulled inflatable boat (RHIB) as they begin to participate in Exercise Phoenix Express 2021 aboard the Expeditionary Sea Base USS Hershel “Woody” Williams (ESB 4) in the Mediterranean Sea, May 23, 2021.
