First Moroccan attends Swiss NCO course

Command Sergeant Major Scott Haymaker, Africa enlisted development strategy planner, U.S. Africa Command, presents his challenge coin to Moroccan Armed Forces Master Sergeant Muhammad Lazaar, a student in the Swiss International Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Leadership Course, Oct. 14, 2021 in Gossau, Switzerland. Lazaar is the first Moroccan Armed forces student to attend the leadership course.
