Combined Joint Task Force - Horn

William Zana, outgoing commander of the Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA), delivers final comments during a change of command ceremony at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, May 14, 2022. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.
