Gen. Langley makes first visit to North Africa as commander

U.S. Marine Corps Gen. Michael Langley, commander, U.S. Africa Command, walks with Moroccan leadership during a visit to Rabat, Morocco, to discuss shared security interests and future areas of potential cooperation Oct. 17, 2022. The visit to Morocco, followed by a stop in Tunisia, was Langley's third to Africa since taking command.

Led by U.S. Army Southern European Task Force, Africa (SETAF-AF), JA26 integrates approximately 1,500 personnel from Djibouti, Kenya, Tanzania, the United States and several other nations to build readiness, deepen partnerships and strengthen regional security.
